Returns
- You must return your product within 30 days of purchase:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We will refund your return within two weeks of receiving the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable).
Books with visible signs of use;
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records;
Any items damaged or missing parts not due to our fault; Items

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know we've received your item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within any applicable return period set by your bank.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.
If you've completed all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only original price items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email us with photo proof and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
